As a Financial Accountant in this dynamic team, your expertise will make a real impact. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Accountant who thrives on precision and efficiency. You’ll manage essential finance functions, from accounts receivable and executing month-end processes, as well as quarterly and year-end reporting. Your contributions will be key to ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and efficiency of the financial operations—driving both team success and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable: Oversee customer database maintenance, invoicing, and credit notes, and manage bank reconciliations.
- Month-End Processing: Perform reconciliations for accounts, assets, loans, payroll, and journal entries.
- Quarterly & Year-End Reporting: Support quarterly financial reporting and annual audit preparations.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Process journal entries, maintain fixed asset registers, and assist with cash flow forecasting.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or CA preferred.
- Proven experience in month-end reconciliations and BAS preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting systems and work effectively under pressure.
