Having grown organically they are seeking a FP&A Analyst who is looking to join a growing global organisation and make an impact in their fast paced FP&A team.
The Role
Reporting into the FP&A Manager your responsibilities will include (But not limited to):
- Assist with management and completion of the monthly business forecasts
- Monitor ongoing trends, sales fluctuations and analyse unpredicted variances
- Assist with the annual budgeting process and presenting results to the CFO and CEO
- Assess business performance against financial targets and eliminate risks to significantly improve the business's bottom line
- Partner with senior internal stakeholders
- Provide recommendations for business decision making through analysis of complex financial reports
- Engage in special project work and provide strategic support surrounding CAPEX and acquisition analysis
- CA or CPA qualifications
- You will be an analytical thinker being able to solve problems logically and mathematically, including developing solutions and recommendations
- Experience in financial modelling
- Advanced Excel (Macros)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Retail or similar background is highly advantageous
