They are currently looking for an FP&A Manager to join the Finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. As a trusted advisor to New Balance's commercial and finance teams, you will be responsible for providing commercial and financial expertise to the business with a focus on financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, developing business cases, and providing insightful analysis across the Australia & New Zealand (“Pacific”) region

Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.
- Develop robust financial models to support decision-making for merchandising, supply chain and capital investments (e.g., store expansions, marketing campaigns).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights, driving revenue optimisation and cost efficiencies.

Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and deliver compelling reports to the commercial teams, highlighting opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
- Harness Power BI and advanced Excel skills to build dashboards that track KPIs and empower stakeholders with real-time visibility.
- Providing financial modelling and support for major projects (Marketing) and capital investments (Stores), including feasibility studies and post-implementation reviews.

Collaboration & Influence:
- Build strong relationships with global and local stakeholders, bridging finance and operations to execute strategic initiatives.
-One direct report and fostering a culture of accuracy, timeliness, and innovation.

Looking for:
- FP&A experience, ideally within Retail or FMCG. A track record of contributing to and influencing Leadership Team decision-making is key.
- CA or CPA Qualification
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Ability to confidently articulate financial insights to non-financial leaders.
- Someone who thrives in collaborative environments, balancing detail orientation with big-picture thinking.
