Reporting to the highly experienced, supportive and inspirational Head of Finance, you will grow and develop through exposure to best practice, be apart and learn from a highly talented team and step change your career trajectory.
Duties
- Drive the preparation of key management reporting obligations for key stakeholders
- Analyse and understand key business performance trends
- Business partner with the organisation to provide decision support and strategic insight
- Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Play a key role in continuous improvement, process improvement and automation
Skills and Experience
- Possess a high level of curiosity, hunger, attention to detail
- Possess a high level of commercial acumen coupled with an advanced ability to solve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships with finance and non-finance colleagues
- Ideal first move from transaction services/M&A or next step in your FP&A career
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced excel skills is a prerequisite.
- CA or CPA qualified
