A well-established, privately owned Australian business with a global footprint is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership team.
This role sits at the centre of decision-making, providing commercial insight, financial planning and performance analysis across a multi-geography operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual 5-year strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Deliver management and board reporting, including variance and scenario analysis
- Drive insight through dashboards and BI tools (Power BI or Qlik Sense or similar)
- Partner with commercial, operational and supply chain teams to influence outcomes
- Provide pricing, margin, investment and profitability analysis
- Lead cash flow forecasting and support working capital optimisation
- Champion continuous improvement, automation and process enhancement
- Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
- Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis
- Strong modelling, analytical and business partnering capability
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- High-impact role with exposure to senior leadership
- Broad commercial remit across strategy, performance and analytics
