A national transport operation is seeking a Freight Investigator to join its Brisbane team. This position sits at the centre of customer service, freight visibility and operational problem‑solving. You’ll be the link between customers, contractors, drivers and internal operations — ensuring freight flows smoothly and issues are resolved quickly.

What you’ll be doing
• Investigating freight delays, misroutes and delivery issues
• Allocating freight and updating system data accurately
• Communicating with customers to provide real‑time updates
• Preparing reports and supporting operations with admin tasks
• Working across multiple systems, spreadsheets and dashboards

What you’ll bring
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Confidence working across systems, Excel and data-heavy environments
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast‑paced, high‑volume operation
• Experience in transport, freight or customer service is beneficial
