About the Role
This is a hands-on operations and supply chain role with responsibility for inventory management, purchasing support, and logistics coordination across multiple warehouse locations. You’ll be the central point of contact between suppliers, 3PL partners, and internal teams, ensuring inventory levels are accurate, orders are fulfilled on time, and replenishment planning is carried out efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily order processing across multiple warehouses, troubleshooting any stock or system issues with 3PL providers.
- Manage inventory accuracy, conduct stock checks, investigate variances, and ensure data integrity.
- Plan and coordinate local and interstate freight movements, including inter-warehouse transfers.
- Support supplier purchasing, including creating and tracking POs, monitoring lead times, and updating order data.
- Assist in demand planning and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels while minimising waste.
- Prepare and analyse stock and performance reports to support business decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve customer service or operational issues.
- Participate in regular and monthly stocktakes, ensuring accurate counts and reporting.
About You
We’re seeking a proactive and detail oriented operations professional with a strong background in logistics or inventory management. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced, product-based environment and be confident managing multiple priorities across different sites and stakeholders.
You will have:
- 2–3 years experience in logistics, inventory, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- High attention to detail and strong numerical and analytical ability.
- A problem solving mindset and the ability to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Competence with Excel and experience using inventory or ERP systems.
- A team-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
