About the role:
Joining the operations team, you will develop, maintain and support a range of business applications. Suitable for a well-rounded developer with proven experience across the Microsoft programming languages and frameworks.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years back end development (C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Entity Framework, SQL)
• Minimum 2 years experience front end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
• TDD and Unit Testing
• Proven experience in stakeholder management

Responsibilities:

Application Development & Support

• Design, build, and maintain robust software solutions in C#/VB.NET.
• Diagnose and fix bugs to improve system performance and reliability.
• Deliver enhancements with minimal business disruption.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and maintain clear technical documentation.

Project Work & Testing

• Contribute to planning and design of new features and system upgrades.
• Collaborate across teams to define requirements and deliverables.
• Own testing of your work and support users with test planning.

Collaboration & Improvement

• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver user-friendly solutions.
• Proactively identify system and process improvements.
• Manage your own task queue and keep stakeholders informed.
