Seeking to hire a Mid-Level Developer into a small, high-performing internal technology team.

This is a role for someone who wants real ownership, building and improving systems the business relies on daily. 

You’ll work closely with a hands-on lead, contributing across the full stack and taking responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks:

• Design, build, and ship internal applications end-to-end
• Own features from concept through to production
• Improve and extend existing systems with a focus on quality and performance
• Drive automation and eliminate manual processes

Position Requirements

• 4+ years proven experience delivering production-grade applications
• Comfortable working across the stack and upskilling in new technology
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and modern framework experience
• Backend capability (Python or similar)
• Solid understanding of databases and data modelling
• Write clean, testable code and hold a high bar for quality
