About the Position

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager NSW will be primarily responsible for the financial and operational performance of Steritech’s NSW facility ensuring the efficient and effective service delivery that meets the standards and expectations set by the company and its customers.  This key management position will lead, motivate, and develop the NSW team to achieve business objectives and promote a positive, safe, and engaged culture.

Furthermore, as General Manager NSW, you will develop and implement state-based strategic plans based on growth, innovation and sustainability that will include identifying business opportunities across new markets and service offerings.  Instrumental to your success will be adhering to regulatory compliance and quality control measures, ensuring the safety of staff and effectiveness of business processes.
  
About the Person

We are seeking an impressive operational and strategic leader who has previously managed a complex business and/or site preferably within the manufacturing sector. Previous knowledge of a technical product and/or service offering within the healthcare, medical devices or agricultural sectors will be highly regarded as will an ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational and financial targets. In addition, you will be a hands on, values based leader who promotes a culture of safety, operational excellence, customer service and employee engagement.
