An opportunity exists for a high-performing Group FP&A Manager to join a large, complex organisation in a key corporate finance role. This position sits within a central head office function and partners closely with senior finance leaders and executive stakeholders across the Group.

This role will appeal to a CA-qualified professional from a Big 4 accounting background, with 5–8 years’ experience, who has since moved into a corporate or head office environment and is ready to step into a broader Group FP&A role.

The Role

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will support Group-wide financial planning, reporting and performance analysis, while providing clear, actionable insights to support decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Group monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Preparing Group performance reports, variance analysis and executive commentary
  • Assisting with consolidation of budgets and forecasts across corporate cost centres
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand key cost drivers and performance outcomes
  • Supporting investment and commercial decision-making through financial analysis and modelling
  • Contributing to improvements in FP&A processes, systems and reporting frameworks
  • Maintaining strong governance, controls and documentation across models and reporting
About You

You are a technically strong and commercially curious finance professional who enjoys working with data and partnering with the business.
You will ideally bring:
  • CA qualification (Big 4 audit or advisory background strongly preferred)
  • 5–8 years’ experience across professional services and corporate / head office finance
  • Solid experience in FP&A, management reporting or financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and data integrity
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
  • Exposure to planning or reporting systems (e.g. TM1 or similar tools)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain numbers clearly to non-finance stakeholders
