About the Role:
In this long-term contract position as the Group Reporting Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of consolidated accounts, ASX reporting and management reporting to the board.
Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Head of Financial Reporting, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Act as the key business partner to stakeholders across the organisation and provide technical advice on all M&A for strategic initiatives, due diligence projects, business modelling and presentations for potential divestments
- Lead internal, Board, stakeholder and ASX market reporting processes
- Collaborate with the Legal team and provide technical advice and guidance on significant contracts and strategic initiatives
- Ensure all reporting is compliant with ASX listing rules and USGAAP
- Ad hoc analysis, projects and reporting as required by the Head of Financial Report or CFO
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will be CA / CPA qualified with a background in a large Chartered and / corporate and will likely have excellent technically knowledge from ASX listed environment. You will be a high-performing professional that can work productively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and exciting business going through positive growth and change. You will have strong track record looking at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens and improving processes to provide value-add to organisation.
