The Role
Working as part of the senior leadership team you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the preparation of compliant financial reports for the Group, ensuring alignment with ASX listing requirements.
- Analysis, insights and decision support to drive operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, ASX and internal controls.
- Preparation for reporting season including engaging with external advisors such as audit, legal, M&A, share registry, etc.
- Manage the financial reporting function.
Ideally CA qualified with a background from Big 4 or mid tier chartered your technical and compliance foundation will be strong. You will have significant past experience in an ASX or listed reporting role. You will be a highly capable leader with experience managing large teams. Experience in a listed environment is essential.
