As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in steering their financial strategies, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership in Financial Control and Reporting:
    • Lead the financial reporting and control functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Oversee the delivery of internal and external reporting obligations, maintaining the highest standards of transparency and accountability.
    • Manage ASX reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  2. Treasury Management:
    • Manage the treasury function, optimising cash flow, and ensuring effective liquidity management.
    • Develop and execute treasury strategies to align with organizational goals and financial objectives.
  3. Shared Services Oversight:
    • Lead the shared services team, encompassing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions.
    • Drive operational efficiency and excellence in shared services, ensuring seamless financial processes.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making processes.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and auditors.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies within financial functions.
    • Implement best practices and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of financial processes.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Professional qualification (CPA, CA) preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles
  • Thorough understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements, including ASX reporting (ideal but not essential)
  • Expertise in treasury management, including cash flow optimization and strategy development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving organizational goals.
  • Analytical thinker with a keen attention to detail.
  • High level of accountability and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
