This organisation are seeking a commercially astute Head of Finance Systems to lead a critical finance technology transformation. Reporting to the CFO directly, you’ll bridge Finance, Digital & Technology, and vendor partners to deliver secure, data-driven platforms that support informed decision-making across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute a finance systems strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead governance, internal controls, and audit readiness across key platforms (e.g. ERP, planning, treasury)
- Oversee major finance system projects end-to-end, including ERP implementations (SAP4 Hana)
- Drive user adoption, training, and change management across teams
- Evaluate new technologies and co-manage vendor relationships
- CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years in senior finance or finance systems leadership
- Proven experience with finance platforms (ideally SAP S/4HANA), data governance, and internal controls
- Strong stakeholder management and communication across finance, tech, and operations
- Demonstrated success in delivering finance tech projects and presenting to executive leadership
