Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the executive team, the Head of Finance will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s strategy to drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and enhanced commercial performance across the business.

While initially responsible for leading the Finance and IT functions, this role will work closely with all areas of the organisation and has the opportunity to broaden its scope over time as the business continues to grow and evolve.
This is a highly visible and influential leadership position requiring both strategic insight and hands-on capability within a dynamic, product-driven environment.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team to help define and execute the company’s strategic priorities
• Providing commercial insight and financial leadership to support growth, profitability and operational efficiency across the business
• Leading end-to-end financial operations including reporting, compliance, treasury, tax, audit, and governance
• Driving budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis to support decision-making across all business units
• Leading inventory management and working capital optimisation in a product-driven environment
• Overseeing IT strategy and transformation including ERP, data, reporting capability and emerging technologies such as AI
• Leading a range of strategic and operational projects designed to strengthen systems, processes and business performance

With a strong technical and commercial foundation gained within a product-based environment (such as retail, wholesale/distribution or FMCG), you will bring both strategic perspective and operational rigour to help elevate business performance.
