Reporting to the Finance Director this critical role will see you support manufacturing operations, supply chain and partner with the ELT to drive long term business strategy and transform their operational network.

Key duties include:

• Lead the finance function to directly support Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement for both strategy and operational performance;
• Manage and influence site based teams (nationally) to drive performance and deliver on targets across key manufacturing and supply chain metrics;
• Transform the reporting and budgeting cycle, leveraging analytics at a site and network level;
• Drive long term productivity and performance improvements;
• Manage the capital budgeting cycle and ROI for key investment decisions;
• Support strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives; and
• Be a thought leader, mentor, coach and develop your team to a high standard.

The Person

In this role you will drive meaningful change, transforming the operations finance function and influence day to day decisions that impact the business. You will be able to articulate and display a core track record as an operations finance leader with transformation and value creation experience. Experience in manufacturing is critical with a preference from a multi-site FMCG environment. Your strong commercial finance background and demonstrated experience across large capital transformation projects is essential. Lastly, you will have proven experience providing analytics and insights, be able to build deep working relationships to drive results and influence outcomes.
