We are seeking a highly organised and experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residence in South Yarra for a HNWF.
Responsibilities:
This is a domestic help role, focusing on ensuring the smooth running of the household on a daily basis. Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below.
- Cleaning and organising the residence to the highest standards.
- Meeting and coordinating with contractors for maintenance and renovations
- Stocking the fridge and managing household supplies
- Light meal preparation and serving
- Running personal errands as and where require
- Light cleaning duties around the household
- Event management and support
- Working closely with the Executive Assistant to family office
- Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role in a HNWF setting advantageous
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strict ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Knowledge of household management best practices
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
