We are partnering with a well-established ASX-listed organisation experiencing an exciting period of growth and transformation. As a key member of the People & Culture team, you’ll support a multi-site manufacturing network, partnering with operational leaders to uplift capability, drive workforce planning, and support strategic people initiatives during a time of significant change.

Working closely with an experienced Lead Business Partner, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments and enjoys building strong relationships with leaders on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and support site and production managers to build leadership confidence and capability.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession, and talent initiatives aligned to business strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on performance, conduct, and employee relations matters.
  • Partner on recruitment for senior operational roles.
  • Play an active role in shaping broader people strategy and transformation programs post-acquisition.

  • Solid experience in HR within manufacturing, industrial, or blue-collar environments.
  • Strong employee and industrial relations capability.
  • Skilled at navigating change and working through ambiguity.
