Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR generalist advice and support to management and staff, with excellent customer-focused approach to HR service delivery.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations (ER), industrial relations (IR), HR administration, and process improvements in Work Health and Safety (WHS) and HR projects.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and the ability to advise accordingly.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently in a standalone role and be proactive in your approach.
- Act as a key leader within the business, working closely with the CEO and Executive team to design and execute people and culture strategies and initiatives.
- Qualifications in Human Resources with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a HR Manager position.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR Generalist best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
