Join a mission-driven not-for-profit committed to making a real impact in the community. We’re seeking an organised, motivated HR Admin / Recruitment Support professional to provide essential administrative support during a busy period.
- Role: HR Admin / Recruitment Support
- Duration: 4–5 months full time (potential to extend)
- Focus: 60% Recruitment support, 40% General HR administration
- Location: Sydney Olympic Park
Recruitment (60%)
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: draft and post job ads to SEEK, LinkedIn, etc.
- Schedule and manage interviews with candidates and stakeholders
- Conduct initial candidate screening and communication
- Maintain ATS records, track candidate pipelines, update hiring managers
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding: prepare contracts, manage induction documentation
- Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR reporting
- Respond to general HR and employee queries promptly and professionally
- Prior experience in HR support, administration, or recruitment (temp/contract roles welcome)
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using HRIS / ATS systems
- A proactive, adaptable team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
