Join a mission-driven not-for-profit committed to making a real impact in the community. We’re seeking an organised, motivated HR Admin / Recruitment Support professional to provide essential administrative support during a busy period.
  • Role: HR Admin / Recruitment Support 
  • Duration: 4–5 months full time (potential to extend)
  • Focus: 60% Recruitment support, 40% General HR administration
  • Location: Sydney Olympic Park 
What You’ll Do
Recruitment (60%)
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: draft and post job ads to SEEK, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Schedule and manage interviews with candidates and stakeholders
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and communication
  • Maintain ATS records, track candidate pipelines, update hiring managers
HR Administration (40%)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding: prepare contracts, manage induction documentation
  • Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR reporting
  • Respond to general HR and employee queries promptly and professionally
About You
  • Prior experience in HR support, administration, or recruitment (temp/contract roles welcome)
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using HRIS / ATS systems 
  • A proactive, adaptable team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
