I am currently looking for skilled UKG (Kronos) System Administrator to oversee and optimise my clients HRIS environment. This role is pivotal in streamlining business processes, enhancing workforce productivity, and ensuring the seamless integration of UKG with payroll and other platforms.

Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the UKG (Kronos) System Administrator is to manage the UKG Pro Workforce Management application. This includes implementing new functionalities, configuring pay, attendance, and leave regulations, coordinating system integration with payroll and other platforms, and developing new reports and data views. The role also involves resolving technical issues and managing user security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the UKG product suite, identifying opportunities for expansion of solutions and services.
  • Oversee the integration of UKG Pro Workforce Management with payroll and other analytics systems.
  • Configure and maintain business structures, data views, control center settings, timekeeping mechanisms, user access controls, pay regulations, basic scheduling, absence management, and accruals.
  • Conduct thorough testing of fixes to ensure incidents are adequately resolved.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to time clocks and their configurations.
  • Produce clear, concise, and well-organised technical documentation to uphold standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with leaders and end-users to devise data views and reports aimed at improving productivity.
  • Partner with HR and various departments to identify new opportunities and facilitate the rollout of new functionalities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operational teams.
Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in managing labor categories, attendance and leave policies, shift premiums and patterns, and assignment profiles.
  • Thorough knowledge of standard UKG clock configuration and setups.
  • Familiarity with advanced scheduling concepts within UKG Pro Workforce Management.
  • Understanding of the integration between UKG and other HRIS & Business applications.
  • Knowledge of business operations/processes and utilisation of industry best practices/standards for analysis, design, and documentation.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is advantageous.
