We're partnering with a well-established industrial business in Western Sydney that's looking for a proactive and commercially minded Internal Auditor to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and deliver on the annual internal audit plan, helping ensure the integrity and transparency of operations across a dynamic joint venture. Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll plan and execute audits, provide critical insights to senior leadership, and support continuous improvement in operational risk and control environments.

- Maintain and strengthen ongoing relationships with internal stakeholders and audit partners

- Contribute to ad hoc investigations and special assignments
- Prepare clear, concise, and informative audit reports
- Ensure compliance with budgetary requirements and timelines
- Significant experience leading end-to-end internal audits
- Strong understanding of risk management and internal controls
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
- CA/CPA qualified and ideally Certified Internal Auditor (or working towards)
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills
