About the Role

Navigating and utilising the clients internal HR system, this role’s main function will be to maintain the compliance data and system access assigned to their employees. You will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager. In addition, the role will contribute to the quality and comprehensiveness of the organisations people data by compiling ad hoc reports, coordinating responses, and implementing internal audit recommendations. The successful candidate will be one who appreciates strong attention to detail, has had previous experience with data analysis as well as insight creation and wants to contribute largely to a collaborative and dynamic team.
  
Responsibilities
  • Strong focus on people compliance across the organisation.
  • Implement regular master file auditing and exception reporting processes to ensure integrity of data and compliance with systems and procedural requirements including completion of onboarding, offboarding and individual access to internal/external systems.
  • Provide feedback regarding any compliance discrepancies based on data insights.
  • Work with business leads, process owners and technology team to identify opportunities for improvement and lead in the implementation of changes to deliver on process improvements.
  • Contribute, co-ordinate and follow up on internal audits.
  • Support compliance related administrative tasks that directly relate to privacy management including training, incident reporting, risk assessments and investigations.
  • Take ownership of individual work whilst actively supporting and collaborating with the wider team.
  • Ensure services are delivered within a timely framework and comply with policies and procedures, legislative requirements and meet the relevant service standards.
  • Other ad hoc responsibilities as per direction.
Skills and Experience  
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in reporting, data analysis and insight creation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to analyze and report on datasets across multiple systems,
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously yet be a communitive team player
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-leadership
  • Satisfactory completion of safety screening including a National Police check, a current Victorian Working with Children Check, current Victorian Drivers License, and the right to work in Australia
  • Compliance with COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination Directions
