About the Role
As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will have a crucial role in helping to service a range of customers across a variety of industry sectors. Working closely with Engineering Managers, the Sales team and Project Managers, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, as well as advising on tailored solutions in the field of industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be an all-rounder in the way of Internal Sales; quoting, phone calls with customers, product demo's, general team support
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales & Project teams to help design and implement tailored solutions for clients
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, reporting and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Assist the sales team to achieve their targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Skills & Experience
  • Internal Sales background
  • Experience in the Electrical, Mechanical or Automation industries would be highly advantageous 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients
  • Ability to analyse customer requirements and propose suitable solutions - technically savvy 
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
