Position Summary:
The Internal Sales Support role handles inbound sales inquiries and provides administrative support to the sales team. Based full time in their Epping office, this includes lead generation, reporting, and analytical support for the National and Territory Sales Managers, helping drive sales success. This role is based full time in their Epping office
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders, manage upsell opportunities, and increase order values.
- Generate leads and support client revenue growth.
- Track sales performance, analyse trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist with client meetings, CRM updates, and inquiry management.
- Make outbound calls to support key and non-visit clients.
- Contribute to sales and customer service meetings
- Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS excel, with adaptability and teamwork skills.
