Our Client is an exciting newly created organization backed by a consortium of well-known market leaders who are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer or Graduate Accounts Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a welcoming and fast-paced environment.


The Role

Working as part of a vibrant and dynamic finance function, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• High volume processing of invoices weekly
• Payment processing
• Handling email inbox
• Management of relationships with suppliers and handling queries
• Statement reconciliations
• Banking
• Assisting the finance team when and if required
• Process implementation and improvements
• Ad hoc tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate

Our client believes a positive attitude is key to success! You will also have:

• A desire and willingness to learn, with strong problem solving skills
• 12 months experience in a similar Accounts role would be highly desirable
• Confident personality that enjoys speaking to key stakeholders
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
