We’re looking for a hands-on Junior PMO Analyst or Project Coordinator who enjoys pulling everything together (projects, teams, budgets and turning it into clear, concise reporting) This role sits within a high-performing IT function and plays a key part in supporting the CIO with weekly updates and project status reviews.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating project packs and presentation slides for senior leadership
- Preparing one-page visual status reports to summarise project health and progress
- Supporting weekly project and budget meetings with accurate and timely information
- Coordinating updates from delivery teams and ensuring alignment across key stakeholders
- Contributing to overall PMO coordination and governance
- Experience in PMO analysis, project coordination, or similar
- Strong reporting and presentation skills (PowerPoint/Excel)
- Great attitude and a proactive, can-do approach - someone who gets things done
- Background in large, complex environments
