You’ll work across platforms like HubSpot, Kentico CMS, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, supporting both new initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending technical problem-solving with stakeholder engagement and digital project delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering a new website build – from prototype to proof of concept
- Rebuilding integrations between HubSpot and Microsoft Sales platform
- Managing external vendors to deliver system enhancements and functionality
- Providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and escalating issues as needed
- Building workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools for marketing campaigns
- Ensuring system compliance, including licensing and domain registry tasks
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing systems, digital, or CRM-based roles
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics)
- Strong troubleshooting and end-user support capabilities
- Experience managing vendors and system integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Passion for technology and continuous improvement
Experience with Boomi, CMS platforms, or systems admin is highly regarded.
