We're looking for a skilled Kronos Configuration and Systems Administrator to join the team and help maintain and optimise the timekeeping and workforce management systems. About The Role
Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager and working within a team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining system access and configuration to meet business needs
- Investigate and resolve issues related to Kronos applications
- Liaising with the Payroll Team, IT & relevant stakeholders regarding configuration issues
- Assist with change management, documentation, and knowledge transfer
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering insights and support across the payroll department
- Act as a key liaison for system issues, upgrades, and user support
- Analyse current system usage and recommend improvements aligned with business priorities
- Train end-users and support staff on Kronos functionality and updates
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Kronos

- Demonstrated track record in establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Well developed interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving in an operational environment, taking ownership of issues through to resolution
