Position Description 

Reporting through to the Payroll Systems Manager and working in a large team, your main tasks will include:
  • Monitor and action requests from the rostering support desk
  • Perform daily payroll rostering tasks that improve payroll efficiency
  • Act as an SME for time and attendance system projects
  • Monthly reporting to management on rostering
  • Provide assistance across the organisation on rostering queries

Candidate Profile

You will have extensive experience in a Rostering Coordinator role along with the following attributes:
  • Rostering system experience in a large organisation
  • Excellent report writing ability 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Superior time management skills
