As the Lead AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical foundation of the company. Reporting to the executive team, you will be responsible for assembling and leading a team of junior engineers, working closely with them on a day-to-day basis to build and refine the core AI and Microsoft technology stack. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead a vibrant team within a rapidly growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a growing team of junior engineers, analysts, and product managers, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
  • Technical Strategy: Develop and implement the core technology stack, leveraging your deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, M365, and AI.
  • Hands-on Engineering: Lead by example, engaging in hands-on development while guiding the team through complex technical challenges.
  • Innovation & Problem-Solving: Drive innovation and ensure the technical scalability of AI products across the company’s portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior management, to align technical efforts with business objectives.
  • Office Environment: Contribute to the development of a vibrant, cutting-edge office space, located close to public transport with parking available.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Microsoft Expertise: Proven experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure, M365, and AI.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a technical team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong background in AI and enterprise-level Microsoft solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to sell the vision of the business to prospective team members.
