About the Role

As an OD Consultant, you will support the delivery of high-quality consulting services, contributing to client engagements and internal initiatives. Reporting into the local Hub Leader and working closely with senior consultants, you will play a key role in client relationship management, project execution, and account development.

This role is based in the Melbourne CBD and requires full-time office presence during the onboarding phase (first few months) before moving to a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with consultants to deliver client projects across leadership assessment, development, and culture initiatives.
  • Build strong client relationships, proactively anticipating needs and delivering insights that add value.
  • Coordinate and oversee project delivery, including research, survey design and analysis, and development of client materials.
  • Support business development through proposal preparation, account planning, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Capture insights across projects and contribute to firm-wide knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Organizational Development, Humanities, Leadership). Postgraduate study highly regarded.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in strategy consulting, organizational development, or leadership advisory.
  • Background in a professional services or matrixed environment advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and comfortable working in fast-paced, demanding contexts.
