If you are a Construction, Infrastructure and or Major Projects lawyer looking to work on a high profile and significant project then this is a role you will need to consider 

In this role you will be involved in the following:

• Advising on Construction & Infrastructure contracts  
• Advising on sub contracts  
• Advising on land agreements & disposals
• Advising on lease agreements 
• Providing advice on some litigious matters  

You will have at least 4 years PQE and ideally be coming from a leading firm or In House organization If you are coming directly from a law firm then secondment experience would be advantageous but not a prerequisite. Exceptional drafting, negotiation and analytical skills are imperative.
