About the role:
They are after an organised and motivated Legal Secretary to support their personal injury lawyers in the day to day responsibilities of file management of their practices.  The successful candidate will be working closely with very talented and motivated professionals.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven person with previous secretarial experience, to develop their skills within a dynamic workplace. This firm will encourage and support the development of these skills.  The ideal candidate needs to work autonomously and in a team environment, with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
Some of the responsibilities may include
  • Drafting correspondence.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Organising meetings, travel arrangements & diary management.
  • Organising and maintaining electronic files.
  • Liaising with clients and other third parties.
  • Drafting pleadings.
  • Working closely with your Solicitor to assist with the daily operation tasks of the group.
