About the role 

We are seeking a legal secretary to join a collaborative and passionate team in Melbourne. Working closely with a respected Partner and legal professionals, you'll be part of a dynamic environment, contributing to various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large documents, track changes, and markups.
  • Handle file opening, maintenance, and closure.
  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, reports, emails, memos, and letters.
  • Undertake personal assistant tasks, including diary and travel management.
  • Communicate with clients and staff on daily matters.
  • Assist in preparing briefs, court books, and court documents.
  
Skills and Experience
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client confidentiality.
  • Aptitude for teamwork and the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role ideally within professional services
