About our client:

Our client has is an established IT provider that in the last few years has successfully made the transition to the Managed Service Provider sector. The company has a reputation for honesty, transparency and great customer service, as such, they're clients are growing. 

Our client does things a little differently, based around 20km south of Brisbane this organisation would be great for candidates situation in South Brisbane that don't want to be part of the hustle and bustle of Brisbane. The organisation is in a purpose built unit that has a homely feel to it, the homely feel doesn't end there staff are treated like family and can expect a culture of care and flexibility.  


The Opportunity:

The opportunity is for a level 2 support administrator to join the organisation on a full time (38 hours) basis. The role will be working in a technical role supporting clients with escalated level 2 problems. The technical team is 2 strong, our client is keen to secure an employee that has a desire to learn, upskill and grow with the organisation. 

This is not a traditional administrator role dealing with basic end-user problems. For the right candidate, this role will also involve troubleshooting and resolving issues with core infrastructure applications including email, anti-virus, backup, troubleshooting network issues and will also include performing work on site, face to face representing the company.
The successful applicant must be self-motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic, and reliable with excellent problem-solving skills. You must have the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks, be organized and willing to work.
Customer service is paramount in our company, and you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as this is a client facing role. You must be able to carry out tasks as directed, so strong self-management, listening skills and the ability to work autonomously is essential.

Requirements

You must reside with 40mins of Springfield / Greenbank due to the importance our client places on work life balance.

We will require you to work with the following technologies, expose to these technologies would be great however, a willingness to learn non-proficient technologies is essential.
