This role will require you to roll up your sleeves and “do”, whilst working closely with the Business Readiness Lead and Program Comms Lead.
Business Readiness/Change Management Specialist:
- Responsible for development and execution of the business readiness plan covering internal teams, and external Clients
- Owns the embedding of change into impacted areas / business teams
- Develop a business readiness / change management plan for impacted areas / business teams
- Work closely with the Technical stream leaders and Business Analysts, to understand what is changing (ie. As-is vs To-be), to define a business readiness plan
- Engagement with Client relationship stakeholders to understand the change needs and timelines of our Clients
- Work closely with the Program Comms Lead to ensure alignment across all activities
- Accountable to the Business Workstream Lead
- Weekly reporting on progress.
- Changes to forms in Adobe
- Moving from collaboration tool Slack to Teams
