About the role:
As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a skilled team responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring operational efficiency in a safe and compliant manner. Your role involves improving and optimisation across preventative maintenance plans, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team across maintenance, improving capability and developing people to enhance performance.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to enhance plant efficiency.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, focusing on reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
- Utilize CMMS for maintenance planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure seamless operations.
- Support capital projects and asset rationalization activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
- Qualified with either an engineering degree or trade certification.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
- Previous experience in food, beverage or dairy manufacturing.
- Proficiency with MAXIMO or MEX for maintenance processes and data management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A dedicated, supportive, and open minded leader who values the input of their team.
