The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to provide critical financial support across a network of clinics and day surgeries. Reporting to the Team Leader – Regional Finance, you’ll play a key role in month-end processes, management reporting, budgeting, and business support activities. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, growing organisation where your skills will directly contribute to operational decision-making.
  
Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly internal management reports, including site P&Ls and analysis reports.
  • Conduct pre-month-end analysis and follow up on reconciling items with operational sites.
  • Prepare Associate Doctor payment reports and invoices.
  • Manage month-end processes including journal entries, automated revenue/statistics entries, and P&L analysis.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances.
  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Support operational sites during forecast and budget cycles.
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders including site managers and operational teams.
  • Provide business support through responding to ad hoc financial queries and recommending process improvements.

The Candidate
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting.
  • CA or CPA qualification or near completion
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience required
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
