The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to provide critical financial support across a network of clinics and day surgeries. Reporting to the Team Leader – Regional Finance, you’ll play a key role in month-end processes, management reporting, budgeting, and business support activities. Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly internal management reports, including site P&Ls and analysis reports.
- Conduct pre-month-end analysis and follow up on reconciling items with operational sites.
- Prepare Associate Doctor payment reports and invoices.
- Manage month-end processes including journal entries, automated revenue/statistics entries, and P&L analysis.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances.
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Support operational sites during forecast and budget cycles.
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders including site managers and operational teams.
- Provide business support through responding to ad hoc financial queries and recommending process improvements.

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting.
- CA or CPA qualification or near completion
- Minimum 3-4 years experience required
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
