The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis. This position offers the scope to partner with operational leaders, provide insights that drive performance, and help shape the strategic direction of the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly management reports with insightful commentary on variances and trends
- Assisting in the development of budgets and rolling forecasts
- Business partnering with department heads to support informed decision-making
- Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of reporting
- Supporting project accounting and ad-hoc commercial analysis
- CA/CPA qualified
- 3–5+ years’ experience in management accounting, ideally within a medium-to-large corporate environment
- Strong Excel and ERP skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Commercially savvy with a proactive approach to problem-solving
