Are you an experienced finance professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Management Accountant – FP&A Reporting, focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end expense process and acquisition cost reporting for operations across Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing, analyzing, and reporting monthly expenses and acquisition costs.
- Managing expense queries and ensuring accurate month-end accruals.
- Maintaining general ledger and cost centers in PeopleSoft.
- Supporting annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes.
- Delivering insightful expense analysis and commentary to management.
- Driving continuous process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate month-end activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain expense allocation models.
- Prepare reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts.
- Create reports using TM1 and Qlik dashboards to support business decisions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budget adherence.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Accounting or Financial Management, with CPA/CA qualification (or working towards).
- 3–5 years of commercial experience; financial services industry experience is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with PeopleSoft, TM1, Cognos, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
