About the Position
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Manager Procurement & Transport will lead a small team and be responsible for formulating, managing, and implementing a consistent and sustainable approach to the procurement of goods and services that maximises value to Multicap and ensures their frontline workforce have everything they need to deliver the best possible support to their customers.

The role will be responsible for negotiating and manage supplier contracts to reduce risk and maximise working capital; the timely, efficient, and accurate billing of transport services to and for customers; and managing the fleet of vehicles, ensuring a safe, efficient, and cost competitive corporate fleet operation. 
  
About the Person
We are seeking a values-driven procurement professional whose approach aligns with Multicap’s values and can demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate a small team. Happy to be hands on, you will bring advanced experience in all aspects of procurement, stores, on-line stock control and transport management; as well as demonstrated experience in sourcing and vendor management. You will ideally be experienced in the not-for-profit sector and so have an appreciation of how to deliver results in an environment of limited budget and resources.
