Responsibilities 
  • Manage and organize regional access to brand assets, including social media and product-specific materials.
  • Assist with training materials, campaign execution, and promotional events to support distributor marketing needs.
  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, invoicing, and maintaining relevant databases.
  • Help extract market research data (e.g. Euromonitor) to identify trends and support the team in understanding the target audience.
  • Track product performance using sell-in and sell-out data, identify successes and areas for improvement, and provide data backed recommendations.
  • Perform market and competitive research to understand industry trends, evaluate existing products, and analyze competitor activity.
  • Collect and analyze distributor feedback on new products to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Work closely with Global Product Managers and the internal team to ensure products and samples meet specific country requirements for NPD launch.
  • Prepare the NPD business case (new model line) and other necessary reports to support overall business needs.
  • Offer data-backed recommendations for product improvements, new features, or strategic pivots to maximize value and profitability.
Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar analyst role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, marketing).
  • Experience in translating business questions into actionable analysis to prove or disprove hypotheses.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present compelling insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to generate easily interpreted, impactful presentations driven by data insights.
  • Experience interrogating and analyzing large data sets to generate actionable insights (e.g., using Euromonitor consumer insights).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems, such as Tableau, would be beneficial.
