The Position:
We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support a leading global organisation through a series of brand integration projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating marketing activities across multiple teams and ensuring consistency in brand and communication rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate updates to marketing and brand assets across recently acquired businesses (logos, collateral, websites, etc.)
- Support internal and external communication campaigns during brand transitions
- Help plan and deliver tactical marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Track project milestones and maintain visibility across marketing deliverables
- 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and marketing timelines
- Exposure to rebrands, M&A environments, or consolidation projects (highly regarded)
