- Support in developing and executing media campaigns across traditional and digital channels, including marketing collateral and brand photography.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform tactical marketing initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
- Assist with local area marketing and community engagement campaigns.
- Lead regular work-in-progress meetings to report on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor and optimise marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and ensure regional marketing efforts reflect national priorities while adapting content to suit local community needs.
- Coordinate and support community events and activations across the state, ensuring brand consistency and meaningful local engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team, state coordinators, graphic design team, and external agencies to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for the in-house graphic design team, managing creative development and field requests (e.g., leaflets, event flyers, banners) across brands in Australia.
- Coordinate with external agencies to support campaign execution and creative production.
- Manage the dispatch of logos, artwork, and marketing materials to media outlets, print houses, and field operations.
- Tertiary Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or communication qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience minimum in similar Marketing role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Competent computer skills, in Word, Excel (intermediate skills required), Outlook and PowerPoint
- Show self-awareness and emotional maturity demonstrated by flexibility, open-mindedness and being non-judgemental
- Confident, approachable and can work well as part of a team
