About the role

This is an-all-encompassing role where you will work closely with the leadership team and implement the marketing strategy. It's a unique green field’s role where you will be afforded the opportunity to bring your ideas to life and really shape the direction of all marketing activities through your creative and innovative thinking. Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be tasked with and developing and coordinating marketing collateral and content plans for their organisation as well as specific projects they are developing. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Executing their annual marketing plan, how they talk to their customers, when and via which appropriate channel.
  • Developing their brand guidelines and being the brand advocate for all communications delivered both internally and externally.
  • Planning and implementing all marketing campaigns for launching new projects and engaging with all stakeholders throughout the process
  • Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Media Monitoring and intranet maintenance.
  • Responsibility for managing relationships with external agencies.
  • Working with the Marketing Manager on project launches.
  • Supporting the broader Marketing team. 
Skills and Experience 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (Bachelor or equivalent) essential.
  • Previous experience and track record from a similar industry ideally property development. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A passion for collaboration and ability to work across business units to achieve outcomes.
  • High level of problem-solving ability, providing flexible and creative solutions.
  • Previous experience supervising teams and managing budgets desirable.
