As an E-commerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and increase brand visibility. You will work closely with various departments to execute digital marketing campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the e-commerce industry.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce technologies, trends, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions for enhancing the online experience.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on e-commerce performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for growth.
- Support the implementation of new e-commerce initiatives, tools, and integrations to improve efficiency and scalability.
- 2+ years experience in a similar e-commerce or digital role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in e-commerce CMS platforms such as Shopify, Magento etc.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and channels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for e-commerce and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the digital space
