Responsibilities:
- Delivering targeted Lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive acquisition and ongoing engagement with members to deliver on key business objectives.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure all activity is on brand and delivers on our brand principles.
- Utilise insights and leverage loyalty team capability to drive world class data driven marketing
- Utilise insights and leverage Digital and App team capability to drive world class data driven 1:1 targeted marketing.
- Delivers maximum customer value potential through in-depth understanding of customer needs, competitor activity and leading edge customer response tactics
- Distil information in large datasets in order to identify crucial pieces of information to enhance strategy or campaign execution.
- 3+ years experience in BTL Direct/Digital Marketing, Direct Response, CRM, or Data Driven Marketing roles with at least 6 months experience working across online marketing.
- Demonstrable experience in managing successful multi-channel direct marketing campaigns.
- Experience in customer lifecycle management, with proven ability to impact customer value.
- Proven experience in developing Test & Learn frameworks, and driving conversion rates across multiple channels.
- Ability to understand consumer experiences and represent the digital consumer within the wider business
- Ability to communicate clearly to a broad and diverse stakeholder network
- Highly developed written and verbal communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
