As consumer trends evolve to healthy snacks and plant based products, my client has got ambitious goals to lead this space. You will live and breath Innovation and NPD, using KEY insights and customer data. Your objective... simple, to grow their existing food categories but open up new future of food categories across snacking, plant-based and much more. This is a truly unique Innovation Manager opportunity with a Massive FMCG Food Brand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a perfect role to create a legacy not only for your career but to define a new category at a most exciting time!


Key responsibilities

• Create and set the entire marketing mix using actionable insights for Innovation, New Product Development, Packaging, Pricing and Promotion initiatives
• Deep dive into consumer insights putting business cases together to where to focus strategically from an innovation lens
• Build nurturing and long lasting relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally such as Insights, Category, retail channels, food service providers and agencies 
• Drive business growth through innovation

What you need to be successful

• A delicious attitude and mindset balancing a nurturing and collaborative approach to hitting key business and innovation objectives
• A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business or similar
• A proven track record as a highly successful Marketing or Innovation Manager looking for a tasty new challenge
• A background in FMCG/QSR/Food skilled in building a brand strategy and using insights to manage NPD and Innovation
• An adaptable and flexible nature and ability to influence key stakeholders to enjoy positive business outcomes
• A pro-active, positive and entrepreneurial mindset to make things happen
